The Camarillo Ranch House, a Victorian masterpiece was the setting for Jennifer and Jason’s late summer Wedding day last September. The venue features a 6,000 square foot 1892 Queen Anne Victorian Ranch House, renovated Red Barn and beautifully manicured gardens.
How did you meet?
We met at a Daisy Duke’s & Cowboy Boots party. I was wearing a cowgirl hat & he was wearing a white tee and jeans. We met at the Jungle juice bar and then danced the night away with friends. Little did we know we would meet again in History class….
How long did you plan the wedding after the proposal?
It took about 1 year to plan the wedding after the beautiful & romantic proposal at the Cliffhouse Inn in Carpenteria California.

1. Staying within the budget
2. Narrowing down the guest list. (We wanted to invite everyone)
3. Fine tuning all the little details
The top 3 most fun/easiest parts of planning the wedding?
1. Cake Tasting
2. Going to wedding showcases (Camarillo & Santa Barbara)
3. Planning the honeymoon
What fun/unique feature of your wedding made you the proudest?
Having a live band to liven up the party & the dance floor
Having our Furr baby Nibbles (Toy Poodle) in the wedding
Creating a beautiful area to honor the loved ones that could not be with us on our wedding day. (Jennifer’s Father & our Grandparents)
If you had it to do over, what would you change, add or do differently?
We would take dance lessons sooner than the day before the wedding lol.
We would go to pre-marital counseling sooner to help us strengthen the foundation for our marriage.
Order the wedding dress at least 1 year in advance to avoid any issues with shipping and or defects with the dress.
