A summer wedding for Melissa and Eric! The celebration was hosted at the Anaheim Hills Golf Course Clubhouse in Orange County, Southern California. The photographer, Andy Rodriguez of Andy Rodriguez Photography in Orange County shot this magnificent wedding!
How did you meet?
We met while we were working at Target, it was funny because we have so many mutual friends there who were surprised to hear about our relationship and later be a part of our wedding party! Shortly after Eric left for the Navy and was stationed overseas in Japan. He returned in March and we were engaged in April.
How long did you plan the wedding after the proposal?
Once engaged we immediately began planning. All of our major vendors and venue were booked by June.

The seating chart! Easier said than done.
Wedding day timeline! Luckily our photographer Andy is super organized and helped us with this.
The guest list! Narrowing it down to 200 people was difficult process.

The wedding cake! We took my sisters and mom to the tasting and had a different flavor for each layer.
Registering for gifts was fun! Looking for items to put into your new home was a fun process.
Planning the wedding with family. We are very family oriented and my mom did an amazing job bringing our vision to life!
What fun/unique feature of your wedding made you the proudest?
One fun feature we had was our sparkler exit! Not many people knew that we were planning to do it, so it was a fun surprise for our guests and it made for beautiful photos.
If you had it to do over, what would you change, add or do differently?
I honestly think that we can 100% agree that we wish it would have lasted longer! It was an amazing evening and we just wanted to dance the night away with our family and guests!
Special thoughts/notes
My mom worked really hard to make this a dream come true. I had a vision on Pinterest and she made it all happen! It was kind of a big deal since I’m the oldest daughter and the first grand child to be married so it definitely was a family affair!
