As your guests arrive at Carlton Oaks for your wedding ceremony/reception, they will notice with surrounding mountains, mature sycamore trees, and majestic lakes. Carlton Oaks is San Diego's best kept secret. The Crest Room features a large dance floor, complete bar (with bartender provided for you), and a beautiful view of the golf course. The room opens out to the very large Crest Patio, which offers additional seating. The rental of the room includes large round tables for seating of 8 to 12 people, chairs, floor length linens, napkin color choice, head table(traditional long), or
sweethearts table, Cake cutting set up and clean up, Champagne toast and bartender.
You also have the choice of an outdoor reception and/or ceremony. The outdoor set up can accommodate 200 guests and is a beautiful setting for memorable pictures.
Carlton Oaks is a full service facility and we exclusively handle catering in house.

We specialize in the planning of Weddings, Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversaries, Retirements, Birthday Celebrations, as well as Tournament events. Our Special Events Director can provide assistance in planning your event, from preparing a customized menu to recommending specialty vendors.
Ceremony

The Garden Site will seat up to 300 guests and is freshly built with a pathway for the bride, surrounding trees, and a beautiful view of the course. The other area is the patio right in the center view of the course with two levels for guests chairs and a wonderful location for memorable photos.
Reception
- Provided
The Crest Room features a large dance floor, complete bar and a beautiful view of the golf course. The room opens out to the very large Crest Patio, which offers additional seating. You also have the choice of an outdoor reception and/or ceremony. The outdoor set up can accommodate 300 guests.
