We actually found it while looking for historical houses - there's one on the property along with a peaceful, park-like setting. Our wedding ceremony took place in the main sanctuary, and we were able to bring in our own minister. The layout is great because everyone had a full view of the wedding party. Myra, the wedding coordinator, decorated the sanctuary with dozens and dozens of candles - guests raved at how romantic and intimate the atmosphere was - and we had almost 300 guests! Our reception took place outside (in January!) adjacent to the historic house. It was beautiful. You provided a great all-inclusive catering/party rental for our reception. We would definitely recommend this location!!"
Historic Griffith House was constructed in 1919 and was restored for use as the Anaheim Chapel by First Congregational Church of Anaheim. Also on the property is a modern Church Sanctuary and Reception Hall.
Beautiful lawn grounds and a tree grove surround the Spanish style Historic Griffith House Chapel with its stained glass windows and arched dormers in the style of the California Mission house.
The larger main Sanctuary has open high-beam ceiling, large windows on each side, stained glass window behind the altar, semi-circle of pews facing a raised altar and a beautiful stone waterfall.

Larger Sanctuary Church includes new pews, paint and carpet. Beautiful lawn grounds and fountain for receptions.
